The comic booky moon ,lightning, and background I think helped me achieve the look I wanna create. Plus I hand painted the frame for added presentation and also I wanna make it look that some bystander got caught in the middle of this battle then took a picture and framed it.

Used a different method this time. The 1 layer 1 brush technique. Done entirely in Painter using that lone acrylic>wet detail brush. I stayed away from layer fx.brush fx's,texture layerl adjustments this time and no adjustment in PS too so that I can work on my speed. Thanks for looking.
